Dressed in capes and fancy uniforms with fantastic abilities simulated by pulse technology they are the only form of a superhero known in this universe. A mysterious figure appears on the scene displaying actual superpowers hitherto undreamt of. He promotes an ideology of love far different to what the Hero Brigade is used to.
