Once Invisible

To discover that a friend or family member is struggling with homosexual feelings or gender identity may incite many powerful and confusing emotions. You might have no idea what to say think or do next but there is always hope. Your willingness to understand is the key to openness and appreciation for what your loved one is going through.. Once Invisible is a collection of my thoughts and experiences as a young gay male growing up in a highly conservative and religious environment. I hope to provide insight into the homosexual mind and bring to light many of the internalized emotions that make life difficult for closeted youth. My message goes out to the families and friends of gays and lesbians to help them strengthen their relationships with their loved ones through better understanding.
