Despite the challenges of combat and a life-altering injury in Vietnam he demonstrated unparalleled resilience earning prestigious awards such as the Legion of Merit two awards for Valor and two Purple Hearts.</p><p>Post-military Bill transitioned to civilian life as a farmer construction entrepreneur and real estate broker. He also pursued higher education obtaining a degree in Business Management from Troy State University.
