One Good Thing

<p>In 1992 eight-year-old Janet is taken from a Niagara Falls Chuck E Cheese right from under the nose of her careless mother Leona. Twenty-five years later in New Hope Pennsylvania that little girl is now Madeline with no memory of the abduction. But her adoptive mother Kiki has more than one secret to guard and now Madeline's predictable life is about to get turned upside down when Leona's recent cancer diagnosis sends her in search of her lost daughter. As everyone converges in the clubhouse at Schmuck's Mini Golf the stage is set for a confrontation that will test everyone's ability to forgive.</p><p></p><p>This short novel explores an unorthodox chosen family and how families cope with the extraordinary circumstances surrounding an unusual child abduction.</p>
