“One Notch up” is based on Mani’s several personal experiences and her work with many individuals who were stuck in mediocrity. The book gives a practical step by step approach on how to create a personal brand one wants the world to see. The book takes through the process of “Personal Branding” which starts with one’s own story. This is because it’s only one’s story which is unique to oneself and cannot be copied by anyone. The easy implementable seven hacks- from knowing your compelling story to creating your visibility gives the reader an easy mind map of the journey to embark to create his personal brand. The content of the book is inspired by many short stories of the people who started small but were able to make it big by virtue of following what they truly believed in and positioning their work in the right way.
