One plot three functions

This project is located in a village near Uzès in a dormitory area far from the center. The postulate is to recreate life in the aging village and in lack of reception structures. The parcel contains a small daycare center in the village there is only a small elementary school but no place for children whose parents could not keep. 4 houses where independent elderly people could form a micro-community (fight against the loneliness that can lead to aging). Then the house of the owners of the plot who would ideally manage the daycare. The project thanks to its gentle slope offers privacy to its inhabitants while creating a social mix thanks to the location of its buildings. The creation of vegetable garden spaces allows for cheaper and healthier vegetables while the numerous trees contribute to reduce the UHI of the neighborhood; this contribution of various plants contributes to biodiversity.
