One President

He had his eye on a young smart governor from Wyoming who had impressed him with his sharp mind and unique qualities. Four armed men suddenly attacked pulling up in a truck and opening fire. In the chaos the President was shot and killed. The governor hit by a bullet in his hand was gravely wounded. Before he could assume any higher office he had to undergo thorough medical tests to ensure he was still fit to lead.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>After several evaluations the doctors concluded that the governor had recovered fully with no lasting effects from his injury. The nation still in shock from the President's death turned to the young governor as a symbol of hope.
