One Small Thing

Our days can be filled with so many negatives that it can be hard to find the positives that live in the small almost minuscule moments of each day. A spring rain. The morning's first sip of coffee. Actually having time to sit down to watch your favorite TV show. These are the little things. The small things that keep us going. The small things that bring us happiness or peace. These small things are the stuff dreams are made of. Every day for the next year look for one thing ONE SMALL THING from each day that you can celebrate. Just one (you can add more if you want to but some days that'll be hard...ugh) and write that one thing down in this journal every day. At the end of 365 days you will have 365 wonderful things (possibly more!) to celebrate.
