OnLine Teaching Working From Home : Dimensions of Readiness for Transition

Online education has emerged as an imperative in the COVID era. On Line Teaching/Learning (OLTL) is not a mere replacement of face to face interaction with digital. Work From Home (WFH) mode of delivery adds to the complexity.  OLT&L is an orchestrated synthesis of technological enablement sociological attitudinal behavioural and managerial factors.
