An unknown virus sweeps across the globe killing the population before anyone knows whats happening. First its senior citizens then the middle-aged and finally anyone over twelve years of age. Civilization is devastated in a matter of weeks the adults dying off one by one. But the children may survive and with luck perhaps life will continue. Danny Trumane is one such child.
