It specifies the specialization of the services of an organization and the relations between the services by giving little information on the distribution and the definition of the tasks. structure: the structure defines the internal architecture of an organization and the relations between its various elements. It is the whole of the devices according to which a company distributes coordinates controls its activities and directs or tries to direct the behavior of its members. strategy: the strategy is a whole of coordinated actions of skilful operations of maneuvers in order to reach a precise goal.
