OPERATIONS RESEARCH FOR THE TEACHING ACTIVITY

The main objective of this material in three volumes is to have a friendly and digestible narrative for all those colleagues who begin in the wonderful and enriching teaching career teaching topics related to Operations Research for the engineering area and/or Quantitative Methods for economic-administrative areas; that also serves the student to understand in a more friendly way in a less dense language in technical terms the topics concepts and methods of linear programming.In this VOL. 3 covers topics related to Project Planning and Management with the PERT/CPM methods where the statistical analysis is done to be able to forecast the probability of success of a project adding a section of exercises related to the methods for its practice.
