OPTICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF DOPED SEMICONDUCTOR SINGLE CRYSTAL

This book represent all optical parameters of as grown GeSePb Single crystal semiconductor by direct vapor transport technique. How these single crystals have been grown covered in growth chapter of this book. These optical parameters have been represented in graphical as well as tabular form. further making transition from single crystal to nanoparticles we also discussed optical characterization of SnSeCu nanoparticles with in depth understanding in step by step manner.
