This book aims to propose BSA based ED that considers wind power penetration on an IEEE 33-bus system with the objective of minimizing the fuel/ emission penalty cost; to apply SaDE for finding an optimal placement and size of renewable DG sources for real power loss minimization; to find out the minimum fuel cost environmental pollution penalty cost and minimum system real power loss using MODE algorithm on 33-bus distribution system to obtain the optimal real power dispatch of DGs.
