A land which has no blemishes except for a small group of people born with a cerebral disorder that compels them to commit heinous crimes throughout the land with no remorse people known as Birth Psychos. This is the story of a boy growing up in this land. A boy with special powers beyond imagination who grows up and organizes a team of FABs who search out and destroy the Birth Psychos.
