Optimization of EDM Parameter by Using Taguchi Approach

Electrical discharge machine is one of the non-conventional machining processes used to produces critical shape on hard conductive material it is used on materials that are extremely difficult to machining using conventional machining processes. The experimental investigation of Electric discharge machining process parameters is very importance in order to improve the productivity surface integrity and quality. An efficient method to obtaining the optimum process parameters for multiple performance characteristics through various multiple optimization techniques forms the experimental trials and it is very necessity of the present industries.
