Optimization of rejection rate of bushes by implementing FMEA

This Research work reports the description of FMEA methodology its implementation in Rapsri Industries Ltd. Division of foundry in reducing rejections of bushes. FMEA is used as a tool to assure products quality as a mean to improve operational performance of the process. Die casting processes was thoroughly monitored to check various parameters which were causing rejections by conducting few experiments.
