Surface-confined inorganic-organic hybrid materials are the exceelent architecture to assemble the molecular building blocks at the nano-scale.These hybrid constructions are the fruitful for various applications in the material science namely surface-based sensors catalyst solid state devices etc.In this context the very recent progress made by the author is highlighted in the area of opto-electronic properties of the Fe Ru Os-terpyridyl complexes-based hybrid structures onto the different solid supports including glass ITO quartz and silicon.
