Oral health in preschool children of the Rene Fraga school

An epidemiological descriptive cross-sectional cross-sectional research was conducted to determine the oral health status of preschool children of the René Fraga primary school in Santa Clara in the period February-April 2016 collecting data from the medical records of the students examined and surveys of parents. Among the oral diseases the most prevalent was dental caries in the female sex as well as the previous experience of caries as a risk factor and among the deleterious habits the use of baby bottles stood out.
