According to the American Cancer Society 1 in 8 (12%) women will get breast cancer in her lifetime. In 2019 it is estimated that 331530 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the United States and approximately 2 million women worldwide. Breast cancer is NOT one disease. Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is an extremely aggressive form of breast cancer. A lot of women survive TNBC and research is ongoing. Triple-Negative breast cancer patients should have FAITH and HOPE for a positive outcome.TNBC showed up in my life like a meteor from out of space. I am a seven-year survivor.
