Ordinary Wills - From the 1916 Code to the 2002 Code

The 1916 codifier by breaking with the previous system eliminating outdated testamentary forms and excessive formalities created an environment of stability so that even a hundred years later when new technologies allow us to discuss for example the possibility of making a Will by video to be posted on You Tube there is no doubt that any innovations in the methods of presenting the testator's last will do not remove the need for it to be reduced to one of the written forms provided for in our legal system.
