Common Laboratory Operations including recrystallization determination of Melting point Boiling Point filtration &nbsp;etc are given illustrations. &nbsp;Under Organic Qualitative Analysis in Unit III students study functional group tests derivative preparation and the systematic analysis identification of organic compounds.</p><p>From basic acetylation and benzoylation reactions to selective reductions haloform reactions and dye production Unit IV deals with organic preparations.
