Organisation work and health

Organisations and their workers are becoming ill; for both the problem is not simply to identify who is to blame but to offer solutions for better productivity and relationships in the workplace. Of the many variables that present good answers in the area of positive psychology the constructs of Psychological Capital and Organisational Support are areas of knowledge that propose the rescue of the value of people and their implications in the work environment working on motivated action and the psychic forces of the subjects guiding the behaviour of individuals for better organisational performance. The present study aims to analyse the interdependent relationship between organisational support positive psychological capital at work and general health in nurses of a public hospital in the city of Natal-RN.
