Organisational Analysis Colegio Patria from the perspective of complexity

As a result of the constant technological changes and the factor of globalisation when carrying out the organisational analysis of Colegio Bachillerato Patria in its training processes we can observe that we continue to use traditional pedagogical models where the use of new technologies is very low which are indispensable in knowledge. Therefore it is relevant to change the mentality of the teacher in the educational processes; change of methodology and the use of ICT resources.
