In a dynamic environment change in organisations is more than a certainty. However there is no unanimity on the content of this phenomenon its sources and/or its process. The large companies established in Côte d'Ivoire do not escape change and the debates it provokes and we have endeavoured through this book to understand the sources of their transformations of structures work processes and variations in the attitudes of their workers in the current context marked by globalisation and its sub-dimensions. Thus based on two case studies we trace on the one hand the major dependencies leading to the changes in these large companies (exogenous factors) and on the other hand the strategies they give rise to (endogenous factors).
