Organization of the supportive environment in the classroom

This book investigates the importance of a supportive environment and the role of teachers in multicultural classrooms. The research was conducted with 50 high school teachers in Intercultural High Schools in Greece during the 2021-2022 school year utilizing a questionnaire as the primary research method. The study highlights that a diverse classroom positively impacts the school community by fostering a safe supportive and purposeful environment which in turn promotes academic and social growth.
