Organization & Teaching Performance: Basis for Monitoring Framework

This book explains the influence of organizational culture teacher''s performance and students'' achievements in the over-all performance of tertiary institutions. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to use the proposed monitoring framework in line with the evaluation criteria of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). This will help maintain the Total Quality Standard (TQS) of different Tertiary Education Institutions which is the core of management aspect.
