Organizational Climate Analysis

In the present book a study of the organizational climate is carried out with the purpose of looking for spaces of learning and improvement in the company CONSPRETOR S.C. presented in the following: CHAPTER I presents the background justification of the topic a concise description of the problematic existence and objectives of the research. In CHAPTER II the study is contextualized using the scientific articles of greater relevance for the thematic of the investigation found from a review of the literature.In CHAPTER III the method of search design population and sample variables of the exploration techniques and instruments of data collection processing and data collection and techniques of processing of decompositions of elements are expressed in addition the obtained results are shown the dissection and the representation of the results of the exploration. In CHAPTER IV the proposed solutions based on the research are proposed. Finally in the CHAPTER V the conclusions of the investigation are exposed and consequently the recommendations are made to the company based on the investigation.
