Organizational Climate Management

Human behavior and the aspects that influence organizational dynamics have been constant targets of scholars of the subject and a growing concern for organizations. A company that has a favorable work environment where those involved are predisposed to maintain a climate of collaboration commitment and healthy relationships can greatly promote people's motivation and satisfaction with their work. This book presents the results of an organizational climate analysis conducted with technical and administrative employees of a Brazilian educational institution involving the following variables: motivational aspects interpersonal relationships communication leadership style and people management.
