Organizational Ethics

Ethics are the foundation for the formation and maintenance of social and human capital of the organization and organizations can meet their social responsibility only with more efforts to social and human capital and on the basis of ethics. As a result they can pass their long-term survival path toward perfection successfully with excellence and sustainable development. Therefore the present manuscript describes organizational Ethics.
