But the educators continue already to feel the lacks and troubles in this field in their life. Also it should be evaluated the necessity about that the organizations should prepare the studies in which it is aimed to provide the organizational trust organizational support and organizational commitment of the educators although it is thought the necessity that the educators should personally effort to develop especially their perceptions of the organizational trust organizational support and organizational commitment.
