Organizations in Action: Digitalization and Sustainability in Management Practices (CERE-2023)

This proceedings volume includes the papers selected for presentation at the 13th International Conference on Excellence in Research and Education (CERE) held on 9th–11th June at IIM Indore. The theme of the conference was Organizations Action: Digitalization and Sustainability in Management Practices. Organizations are constantly being evaluated based on the task environment, technological impact on the social structure, differentiation, and linkages of the individuals in the organization. Rapid technology change provides new methods for accessing processes within and outside organizational boundaries. Thus, organizations require sustainability in management processes to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. CERE 2023 aims to explore how organizations generate unique opportunities to strategically address challenges associated with the organization to ensure equitable and sustainable growth through developing and deploying smart technologies.
