Ornament of Honour

Originally published in 1937 this book contains a poem by the Armenian poet Ernest Haik Riddall Altounyan (18891962). The poem centres on the life and death of T. E. Lawrence a friend of Altounyan to whom the poem is dedicated and whose death inspired the poet to write this lament.
