<p>While studying to obtain my Master of Public Health degree I learned more about the disparities within black communities and knew I wanted to share this information. We're dying at an alarming rate to diseases that are preventable and maintainable. This book will guide you through basic information to form a solid foundation for living healthier in our families places of employment schools places of worship and communities. At the same time it will also help to identify and eventually eliminate barriers and disparities to break the cycle of unhealthy living and preventable deaths.
