Our History

A Cast of Thousands is a rock 'n' roll band from Auburn New York. Our History: Lyrics 2010-2022 represents the lyrics from their first seven studio albums: A Cast of Thousands Aqua Fur Alone in the Crowd The Fifth The BEIGE Sleeping World and Songs from the Second Floor. The lyrics are in chronological order by year of album release and based on the track listing from each album. The compilation of lyrics in print allow the reader to experience the music in a new way. The book features an introduction by Thom Donovan an artist poet and critic who has known the band since their beginnings. The hope is that this definitive edition will re-ignite the spark for current fans and create a new generation of fans alike.
