Our Lives off the Grid in the Maine Wilderness 2011 - 2014

Our camp is located in T1R8 Maine. Willey's Dam Camp sits ten feet from the rock-filled shoreline of Millinocket Lake - a clear beautiful and cold body of water. Our view is of picturesque Mount Katahdin Maine's tallest peak.My husband Paul is a Disabled Veteran with numerous health issues. Though life itself is challenging for everyone throw in a disability or a few and then the crazy lifestyle of off the grid living and you find us right in the middle of it all wearing grins telling jokes being pranksters experimenting exploring and enjoying life as it unfolds before us. Our lifestyle is extremely challenging but oh so rewarding in so many ways. If you want something bad enough you will make it happen and we make life happen here.
