Our Political Needs

At certain periods in the history of a people said Cobdenit becomes necessary to review its principles of domestic policy for the purpose of adapting the Government to the changing and improving conditions of the people. Such a period has now arrived in our history. There is a general feeling that we have outgrown our system of administration however suitable and useful it may have been in the past.
