Out Bound Nepalese Women Migrants

Nepalese society is undergoing changes owing to several factors such as social and political movements education and modernization brought about by the forces of globalization. Nepalese women have increasingly started to migrate overseas for employment. Nepalese women’s out migration is often replete with victim or rescue narratives. This work sheds light into agency aspect of Nepalese women migrants.
