Outpatient hospitalization in pediatric surgery has grown considerably in recent years. The aim of our work was to evaluate anesthetic management practices in outpatient surgery for the pediatric population at the CHU FATTOUMA BOURGUIBA DE MONASTIR and to propose corrective actions to overcome the shortcomings observed.Our survey highlights a persistent challenge linked to the management of post-operative pain in paediatric patients. By highlighting specific shortcomings this survey paves the way for recommendations for corrective action with the constant aim of improving patient safety and the quality of care provided.
