The task of writing A Haiku a Day for a Year emerged from Don searching out a constructive and productive means in dealing with his Grandmother's passing. While sticking with the traditional 5-7-5 line syllable structure he's chosen to play with the Haikus in unconventional and contrasting ways exploring any and every subject that comes to mind.
