Over My Shoulder

<p>We all have choices in life. Over the years I have been able to draw from the negative and the positive experiences in my life and create a path I feel privileged to walk. Everyone with whom I have interacted has caused a shift inside me. While it is true some interactions have been negative they have been counteracted by emotionally open and generous friends and family. My study of Yoga has played an important role in my life. I have learned to travel through the dark side of life’s experiences and find the light at the end of the tunnel.</p><p><br /><u>Over My Shoulder</u> enabled me to face the black places in my soul. I understand I am not alone in the painful challenges life presents decisions we make that later we may regret. Loss of any kind is never easy to bear. The perceived loss of emotional love from a parent family member or friend or the tragic death of a sibling Mother or Father the effects of war all are traumatic. If <u>Over My Shoulder</u> touches just one person encourages them to take a deep breath find all that is strong and positive within them my Collection will not have been in vain.</p>
