<p>Over the Rainbow is how I felt when my life seemed to flow.</p><p>Dreams came true and I felt so much happier than ever before.</p><p>I was in a new and wonderful world.</p><p></p><p>Bipolar is an illness that can creep up on you. From elated feelings into </p><p>a deluge of depression. I longed to be happy and was forever chasing a dream </p><p>of contentment and happiness.</p><p></p><p>In my book I explain how it all started travelling overseas frightening circumstances</p><p>hospitalisation and also extraordinary and wonderful times too.</p><p></p><p>I had no control over my behaviour until one day I realised I must discover a way to find</p><p>the happiness I had always dreamt of...</p>
