The goal is to help identify factors that often complicate pain factors that carry stigma or do not readily show themselves making them hard to address. The guide is structured in a monthly fashion with areas for daily thoughts as well as medicine tracking. The centerpiece of the guide is the monthly challenges and reflections which will help the reader identify common complicating factors such as shame isolation and psychological factors.</p>
