Paddington's Inner Circle

Paddington's Inner Circle is a novel that takes place in a postcard-picture town obviously named Paddington. But it is the people making up the town who without realizing they are doing so create an inner circle of caring for themselves and one another. It is not the overt care of soup kitchens and visiting the sick kind-of-care though these people would never ignore that. But they live their own lives as we all do finding hardly knowing that they do that core of love -- all kinds of love -- that works healing. What is there to be healed? grief fear loss loneliness divorce murder pain injury betrayal and whatever kind you need healed. And what kinds of love are there? Openness of mind and heart generosity seeing beauty in all things -- nature food body kindness poetry woodwork music and everything you think of as a means of love. All of this circles through the people of Paddington.
