Painted Shadows of the Past

A shattered relationship. A career in limbo. And now Jake-charming regretful and too damn familiar-waltzes back into my life reminding me of everything I've been trying to forget. The more I try to rebuild myself through painting the more I realize the lines between my past and present aren't as clean as I'd hoped. Will I ever find my way back to the person I was before or is the chaos of heartbreak the only masterpiece I'll ever create? With love regret and second chances hanging in the balance I'm left wondering if I can paint a future without the shadows of my past seeping through the cracks.</p>
