This is the second compendium of the strategy series and is dedicated in analyzing under a holistic view the whole strategy implementation process and its components as they are known in the contemporary world. Strategy is the air that companies breath. Is their way towards future. As it is that vital for their own existence it needs to be implemented in the right way. The right way is not an abstract notion. It means that an implementation plan needed to be applied while we need to use the right tools and to follow specific procedures and rules in order to reach our goal which is the company’s sustainable development.
