Partial Extraction Therapies (PET) in implant dentistry provide a perfect blend of preservation and esthetics. Although it seems novel in implant dentistry various forms of PET have been used in dentistry since the 1950s. these techniques can elevate any dentistry practitioner''s clinical range and can tremendously help in improving patients'' esthetics while being as conservative as possible. It is of the authors'' view that this book shall prove to be insightful to the reader in understanding fundamental concepts and the humble beginnings of these techniques.
