Party Down Under

The Lychee Liqueur Cocktail Recipe Book Inspired by the refreshing tantalizing flavors that tingle and awaken the taste buds with every sip. Traveling throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea during the summer of 2012 I discovered a delightful new fruit nut which to my husband Gary Pickus was very familiar. After Gary had acquired employment to the down under area I was fortunate enough to be able to join him. Therefore during his R&Rs we were able to have some adventures. Lychee Liqueur is very popular in many of the different types of cocktails served in the South Pacific. We grew so fond of the flavor that we specially ordered in cases of it so it would be readily available for when we want to take a trip back to the South Pacific very refreshing relaxing and remotely cool.
