<p>After ex-cop Stevie O’Neil becomes the prime suspect in a murder investigation Midnight is forced to deal with what she considers her greatest failing: the death of Jason Templeton when she first became chief. Having never been able to catch the person responsible it’s a guilt Midnight has carried ever since.</br></br> Dibbins is assigned to the case and infiltrates the suspect gang becoming ever closer to Stevie in the process.
