Paths of Health Education in Primary Care

Hello Dear Reader! This book focuses on health education in Primary Care and covers two topics: how to do it and what the purpose of groups is what techniques to use and why to use them. Throughout the text a plan is drawn up on how to optimize care for chronic patients who have developed diabetes and hypertension. The groups are based on experiential techniques and horizontal interpersonal relationships.
